El objetivo de este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n es: determinar las caracter\u00edsticas que presenta la Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente en Ciudad del Este. En el tema investigado se determin\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o de Investigaci\u00f3n no Experimental Transaccional descriptiva, el tipo de investigaci\u00f3n que se ajusta fue el descriptivo. Los resultados obtenidos confirman que es necesario un nuevo enfoque de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, orientado al cliente cono centro del esfuerzo de las empresas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palabras clave:<\/strong> Administraci\u00f3n, Calidad, Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente, Diferenciaci\u00f3n Competitiva.<\/p>\n<h3>Abstract<\/h3>\n<p>Customer Service is the starting point of contact with the customer, it is the sector of the company that needs the most training to receive and respond to the client&#8217;s needs. The objective of this research work is: determine the characteristics of Customer Service in Ciudad del Este.
