Pesallaccia Zald\u00edvar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RESUMEN<\/strong><br\/>Se analiza la percepci\u00f3n de los pobladores de 5 distritos del Alto Paran\u00e1 de sobre el impacto socio-econ\u00f3mico, cultural y ambiental de la Central Hidroel\u00e9ctrica Itaipu (CHI). En su mayor\u00eda los entrevistados tienen dificultad en considerar el aporte de la CHI en un ambiente distinto a la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica. Dada la magnitud de la entidad las personas siempre esperan un mayor aporte, principalmente en infraestructura, y denotan un desconocimiento de su participaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica en el desarrollo de los distritos de la regi\u00f3n.<br\/><strong>Palabras clave:<\/strong> Represa Itaipu Binacional, desarrollo regional, infraestructura.<br\/><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><br\/>The perception of the citizens of 5 districts of Alto Paran\u00e1 of the socio-economic, cultural and environmental impact of the Itaipu Hydroelectric Central (IHC) is analyzed. In most cases, the interviewees have difficulty in considering the contribution of the IHC in an environment different from the generation of electrical energy.
