para la supervisi\u00f3n exclusiva de esta normativa se crea la Direcci\u00f3n de Salud y Seguridad en el 2.016.<br\/><strong>Palabras clave<\/strong>: Salud, higiene, seguridad ocupacional. <br\/><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong><br\/>This research seeks to make a diagnosis of the management system used by Paraguayan companies for the prevention of occupational diseases and work accidents in accordance with the guidelines established by Decree No. 14,390 created in the year 1992. \u00abGeneral Technical Regulation of Safety, Hygiene and Occupational Medicine \u00abin order to establish action policies in these areas;
