Resumen
La experiencia de algunos años en la cátedra de Taller de Tesis, a más de permitirme hacer, al menos en algún momento, un recorrido por las producciones científicas en la región, y los Trabajo finales de grado de las carreras afines al turismo; me admite cuestionarme ante el desafío que implica para el estudiante que finaliza la carrera de turismo, enfrentar la realización de estudios y proyectos turísticos. Les resulta difícil identificar temas de investigación y abordar su estudio, y a los tutores enfrentar el desafío de acompañar la producción intelectual de los mismos

ABSTRACT
The experience of some years as teacher of Thesis Workshop, besides allowing me to do, at least at some point, a tour of the scientific productions in the region, and the final work of degree of careers related to tourism; It admits me to question myself before the challenge that it implies for the student that finishes career of tourism, to face the accomplishment of studies and tourist projects. They find it difficult to identify research topics and directing their study, and the tutors face the challenge of accompanying the intellectual production of them.
